i bet you can say that about any profession if you enter it with a true passion and true heart. any profession is a vocation so long as your seek God's guidance and wisdom if that's the path He wants you to take. taking up a profession is a very important vocation.

oh my goodness! my friend got me this teacher calendar (the one where they have daily quotes) and this quote popped up a couple weeks ago...i ripped it out and put it up in our faculty room! i just think it is so inspiring. plus, pearl s. buck wrote one of my favorite books: the good earth. :) we are on the same wavelength, my friend! must be that teacher psyche... ;)
is it from the apple-shaped desktop daily calendar, cuz that's where i got it from!!! haha i love the snippets of inspiration from it. it provides a nice break from all the work that needs to be done :p
